Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer Free Shipping on certain items or all products as a promotional offer. Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages: Makers Mantra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this point.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
1. Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [admin@makersmantra.store] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
1. Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
2. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [admin@makersmantra.store].
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [admin@makersmantra.store] with details and we will assist you with the process.
